The Space
The ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible, featuring widened doorways, no thresholds, and ramps leading to the large outdoor deck (steps onto the lawn).
Enjoy a modern kitchen, cozy lounge, BBQ area, and EV charging. With step-free access, an accessible wet room, and themed bedrooms, it’s ideal for families, friends, and guests with mobility needs.

The Plane Room (King Bedroom - Ground Floor)
Inspired by aviation heritage, this spacious room features a luxurious king-size bed and calming decor.
The Boat Room (Twin Bedroom - Ground Floor)
A nautical-themed retreat with two cozy twin beds, perfect for children or friends traveling together.
The Bird Room (King Bedroom - Upstairs)
With a stunning Juliette balcony offering sea views, this peaceful king bedroom celebrates local wildlife.
The Beach Hut Room (Upstairs – King or Twin)
Bright and cheerful with a classic coastal vibe, this versatile room can be set up as either a king-size bed or two singles—just let us know your preference before arrival. Inspired by traditional British beach huts, it’s a sunny and spacious spot to unwind.
Pet-Friendly & Perfect for Families – The secure garden and warm outdoor rinse station make it ideal for guests with dogs. The dog-friendly beach, The Leas, is just a 10-minute walk along the scenic cliff path.

We use SuiteOp, a trusted third-party platform, for guest verification and damage protection.
All guests are required to complete this simple process before check-in, which includes:

We kindly ask guests to complete damage protection by selecting one of the following options:
(Your choice of either a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver)
A refundable security deposit of £250, returned after your stay (subject to no damage being reported), or
A non-refundable damage waiver of £60, which covers up to £500 in accidental damage.
You’ll receive a secure payment link shortly to complete your chosen option ahead of your arrival. This step helps us prepare everything for a seamless check-in and ensures peace of mind for both parties.

Fab place and great hosts!
By Claire on 23-Feb-2025Fab place and great hosts! Only downside was the 4pm check in - meant we had to pay a fair amount in early check in fees (although great that was possible) to get in at a time that works for our young children.
We had a wonderful stay at Cliff Tops. The house is beautiful with an impressive view.

Quality furnishings with very comfortable, clean and cosy beds/linen/pillows. Becky is a fantastic host, we highly recommend staying here.
Really lovely stay for NYE - two families with young children. Super close to the beach which was great.

The house had everything we needed - including high chair, changing mat etc. It was home from home, extremely comfortable and the renovation/decoration was stunning. Would definitely recommend :)
The house was beautifully done, warm and cosy and very comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen, superb blackout curtains and with very comfy beds!

My husband is a wheelchair user and we were so happy and relieved to actually be staying somewhere that was fully and very comfortably accessible after being to so many places that don’t quite hit the mark. The house was beautifully done, warm and cosy and very comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen, superb blackout curtains and with very comfy beds! The dogs enjoyed the large garden and the sea view from the garden deck was lovely. We enjoyed everything about our stay and thank you to Rebecca for being so kind and efficient in returning the iPad we stupidly left behind!
