Description
Stunning three bedroom property with hot tub and an enclosed garden, ideally located for a variety of activities including walking, cycling, golf, kayaking, rowing. Sport Centre across the road opening in August 2025 with tennis court, fitness room, swimming pool and sauna. The famous peregrine cycle path starts literally outside our door towards Symonds Yat.15 minutes walk from the centre of Monmouth, cities of Cardiff and Bristol 45 minutes away.
The front garden is enclosed with a picket fence and gate and is laid with lawn. The rear garden is enclosed by walls a fence and a tall wooden gate. When you walk into the property through patio doors you enter straight into the first living room on the ground floor. The hallway follows from which you can access the main bathroom or Bedroom 1 with the king bed. 5 steps lead to the middle floor Between the ground and first floor) where you will find an open space including a modern kitchen dinner and living room leading to the enclosed rear garden with hot tub and cast iron table and chairs. Another few steps from the kitchen and you land on the first floor with the upstairs bathroom in front of you and a bedroom either side (each furnished with 2 single beds, bedside tables, cupboards and wardrobes, but we can also supply and extra 2 'put me up' single beds or a travel cot).

By Alison on 06-Jul-2025Felt so homely was sad we only had the weekend. Lidl is at the end of the road which was handy to pick up supplies. Close for commuting to local attractions. And the house itself was amazing, beds & pillows comfy, shower & bath facilities. Hot tub looked so inviting but we were there for the hottest weekend of the summer so didn’t go in, will have to book again
It is a home from home with the addition of a lovely hot tub, the house is large ,comfortable and clean

It was perfect for us as it had enough rooms, just the right amount of stairs for those who find stairs troublesome, and you could, if wanted, stay on the middle floor where the kitchen was as this also had dining table, sofa and tv, and access to the garden which had hot tub, table and chairs, and bbq. The Brambles was fantastic, and the owners keep you up to date with things when need doing.
Beautiful setting
By Emma G on 18-May-2025Myself and my 3 girlfriends had a fabulous time here. We brought alcohol, food and a karaoke machine and spent the weekend this way along with a walk to the river.Fantastic house. Fantastic location. Fantastic company. Fantastic weekend. Would stay here again.
Great hot tub!
By Janet on 05-May-2025Thank you both for your very kind help with my asthma, it meant that I was comfortable in the first days of the stay, we also enjoyed the hot tub very much. Beautiful area to visit with both Monmouth and the Forest of Dean on the doorstep.
