Our welcoming and fully equipped family home near the beautiful medieval village of Montauroux on a peaceful hillside domaine, with stunning views towards the Mediterranean coast and the stunning Lac de Saint Cassien.
The entire house,and terraced garden are entirely private, secure and all at your disposal.
Local shops and supermarkets 10 mins drive away. Lac de Saint Cassien ( huge freshwater lake) 10 mins, Golf 20 mins, Cote D'Azur beaches 30 mins, Nice airport 40 mins.
PLEASE NOTE:
We only accept accept bookings for full weeks ( 7 nights )during July and August, with change over day on Saturday.
At other times it may be possible for you to stay shorter periods, so please ask us.
The space:
We want you to love your stay at our home, that's why a weekly cleaning and change of linens is provided, and also a final clean.

We fell in love with this house and bought it on the spot. It is a traditional style Provencal villa, with cool, airy rooms and a stunning view over the countryside.
Rooms and terraces and flooded with light in the mornings, with french shutters to open and make the most of the view and breakfast is always a delight watching the sun come up.
During the day the heated pool and seating terrace are sun traps, while trees and palms provide shade for relaxing.
You can enjoy dining from the house on the enclosed terrace or dine al fresco on the raised terrace in the garden.
There is also a pool alarm for child safety. Air conditioning is also available for your comfort.
Accommodation is ideal for up to 8 people. Please note: the ground floor 2 double bedrooms and bathroom/shower are on the garden level and there is no internal access to the main living spaces on the upper floor. UPSTAIRS IS ACCESSED BY AN EXTERNAL STAIRCASE. This arrangement works perfectly for couples, teenagers or grandparents who all appreciate privacy.
A large ( 30 sq metre ) covered terrace with a big table opens off the main living area and provides a focus for eating, chatting and relaxing whilst you enjoy the views of the garden pool, hillsides and the scents and sounds of the Mediterranean countryside. You can sip rosé and watch the moon rise, which is spectacular.
The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and small electrical items.
All tableware and cookware is provided.
Or you can cook on the BBQ and eat outdoors on the terraces in the shade. The pool and the gardens are lit beautifully all adding to the ambience.
There is satellite TV ( English channels ) and internet access.
There is a covered car port for 2 cars and additional parking on the driveway. The entire plot is fenced and gated for security.
PLEASE NOTE: As the villa is on a hill, there are several steps outside which call for guests to have reasonable mobility. The driveway is also on a hill . THIS ENABLES TOTAL PRIVACY AND BEAUTIFUL VIEWS BUT WE WANT TO MAKE YOU AWARE.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have exclusive and private use of the whole villa, gardens and pool.
Please note we DO NOT ACCEPT UNDER 25 year olds TRAVELLING ALONE .
AS THIS IS OUR HOME WE ASK YOU NOT TO SMOKE INDOORS .
