Located in the medieval hill-top village of Montauroux, 20km to the north-west of Cannes and 15km west of Grasse, Villa Neroli is a charming Provençal villa, situated on the sought-after Chemin de Bigarel. South-facing, with far-reaching views of the Esterel across the valley, the large (240m²) villa has its own (ground-heated) pool, a choice of dining and lounging areas and a garden at the front, with a smaller garden, patio area and rising terraces at the back. The interior is very spacious with tiled floors and luxury fittings. An unusual feature is the sunny, Provençal-style kitchen opening into a very generous living space and also onto the back garden and terrace.Bedroom Details

By The Stephensons on 23-Aug-2025Villa Neroli is absolutely beautiful, the photos don't really do it justice. Lovely layout downstairs with open plan living, dinning and kitchen area. The patio area looks straight onto the generous size pool, which the kids loved. The villa was well equipped with a few supplies of oil, coffee etc. and there are several large supermarkets nearby. The children loved exploring each new bakery! The village centre is a shot distance walk, (albeit up a steep hill) with plenty of restaurants to enjoy. There is so much to do in this area, we spent several days at the lake enjoying the water activities, a couple of days at the coast as well as driving through the many beautiful surrounding villages. Thank you for a great time, it is definitely an area of the world that we will return too.
Spacious and comfortable - with great pool.
By James May on 09-Aug-202536C all week meant ‘doing things’ was a bit limited. But the house, pool and view meant we spent considerable time swimming, reading, and eating, enjoying the cool air conditioned house. 3 nearby perched villages offered easy trips and the reservoir offered alternative cooling off. We could of course have ventured further and done more - gorge, larger towns, coast etc - but we had a second week elsewhere and villa neroli offered all we needed. Clean, well equipped and comfortable.
Great well equipped villa in a lovely setting
By Hilary on 12-Jul-2025We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The villa was well equipped and spacious. It’s set in a pretty garden with a lovely view across to the mountains. It has a really nice pool. The village is within walking distance, though a steep climb, but it’s easy to drive and park if necessary. The arrangements were all very easy and Pascal the local contact was brilliant really helpful. We would definitely like to go again.
Fabulous family villa
By Jo MacG on 10-Aug-2024A stroke of luck secured us last minute availability at Villa Neroli. Miriam was fabulous and sorted out arrangements at top-speed. A wonderful peaceful place, lovely pool and a short if extremely steep walk into the village. We did not venture far but had a fun day down on lake Cassian, ate great food, enjoyed much needed relaxation time reading, sleeping and watching the olympics on TV with the odd walk. It was just what was needed , and we appreciated the air con! It felt like home and there was plenty of space with 2 teenage boys. The drive to the Villa is a bit challenging first time, but we soon got used to it. We’d love to come back again!
Fabulous villa for a relaxing family holiday.
By Jo on 27-Jul-2024We had a fantastic week staying in Villa Neroli. The weather was exceptionally hot but the air conditioning kept us cool and we had great fun in the pool. The location of this villa is excellent; we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the hills, while still being in easy reach of coastal towns. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. We have all returned from the week feeling rested and relaxed, a perfect family holiday with teenagers distracting them from upcoming exam results. It was a pleasure to deal with Miriam when booking and Pascal when we were there. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return again.
luxurious base for exploring an interesting area
By Rebecca on 20-Jul-2024We loved everything about this house, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left (and it was hard to leave...). it's a wonderful place to stay - the space inside, the decor, the air-conditioning and the pool make even the hottest days highly enjoyable. Pascal was a charming and very helpful local contact and Miriam couldn't have been more efficient in coordinating everything, from our initial enquiry onwards. Strong recommend!
