A stunning, spacious house that offers luxury living for 16 people, set in 4.5 acres of fabulous Cotswold countryside and only 10 mins from the countries most picturesque 'honey stone' villages; Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden and Broadway. Modernised and designed to the highest standard the property has it's own private heated swimming pool and hot tub, large outside eating/entertaining area with stone BBQ, and ample parking for 6+ cars. The large grassed areas and landscaped grounds spill onto neighbouring fields abundant with wildlife and grazing horses.
Please note that the outdoor pool is not available between 1st October to 31st March inclusive.

Inside, the large Orangery with bi-folding doors and countryside views, is ideal for entertaining and dining large groups, and leads onto a fully fitted kitchen complete with range cooker, separate wine fridge and american larder fridge / freezer The lounge boasts a wood burning stove as well as contemporary media, Sky TV and Wi-Fi. and comfortable seating for all guests. There are 8 bedrooms comprising 4 ground floor KS bedrooms, three en-suite, the other with shower room directly opposite, on the first floor there are a further 2 KS bedrooms, one en-suite and the other with the use of shared family bathroom. There are 2 further twin bedded rooms.

The local area is host to country pubs, places of historic interest, boutiques, galleries and restaurants. This versatile property also has 14ft trampoline, adventure play area and table tennis, making it ideal for both family holidays and group occasions.
