Sea Sounds was recently re-furbished and is a lovely, unique place to stay in North Norfolk benefitting from private parking and a large private outdoor patio/garden area.Sea Sounds is located in Seaview Court in an elevated position overlooking the sea, coast and village and is in the conservation area of Mundesley village. A very short walk from the beach - less than a 2 minute stroll down the lifeboat track.
Sea Sounds has level access from the car park, throughout the apartment and onto the private secure gardens and extensive patio. This means it is ideal for those of our guests who are elderly and may have some mobility issues. Sea Sounds is very quietly situated, yet the sounds of the sea can be heard from the west patio seating area. The beach and sea is only 2 minutes from Sea Sounds down the Lifeboat track giving you access to one of the best Blue Flag beaches on the East Coast. The apartment is a 2 Minute walk to get to the Beach.
Mundesley is a traditional seaside village with a Blue Flag sandy beach and promenade. The centre of the village has a good range of shops, 2 small supermarkets with ATMs and there are various cafes, pubs and restaurants close by. This is an ideal all year round base for walking, cycling and exploring the area or simply relaxing on the beach, people and seal spotting, or watching the ships, boats and sea birds go by.
20 minutes drive gets you to the Norfolk Broads and 35/40 minutes to the historic city of Norwich. The apartment is quietly situated with village and coastal views with the sea sounds in the back ground. It has its own secure private garden and patio overlooking the valley and the village. Sea Sounds is fitted out for all year round comfort and usability.

By Brenda on 29-Apr-2025Recently returned from a beautiful stay in this immaculate, lovely, well thought out apartment, it is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, the whole apartment was spotless with tasteful decor and furnishings, just 2 minutes to the beach as advertised, great coffee shop and pub a stone throw away with sea views, both with friendly service and serving lovely fresh food! Lucinda communicates well and was readily available, we as a family could not fault the accommodation or location, not far to visit other areas such as Cromer, Sheringham, east and west Runton, Wells, we will hopefully be returning in the near future.

So brilliant to be so close to the beach too. We regularly visit Mundesley and this is one of the best places we've stayed, we would love to come back!

By David on 11-Jan-2023Lovely place. Extremely clean. Decor really smart. Spacious, open plan and warm. Beds very comfortable which is rare. The location near the beach is ideal for dog walking. I think we will be back.
Fantastic
By James on 02-May-2022Lucinda''s place ''Sea Sounds'' is fantastic. Spacious, clean, very well equipped and a stones throw from the beach (you can be on the beach in under 4 minutes!). Lucinda was a brilliant host -very quick to respond and help with kids'' stuff, and very generous with her Norfolk Honey! The lovely outside area is a big bonus and meant we could enjoy fish and chips or our lunch in the sun while our 1-year-old slept in her room. Thanks Lucinda
