This cottage is in an outstandingly peaceful location tucked away down a private lane having wonderful views across open countryside, just a short walk down to Restronguet Creek with the footpath leading along to the Pandora Inn.

Situated just outside the picturesque creekside village of Mylor Bridge, which has a selection of good shops and an excellent pub.

Detailed Description
Almost equal distance between Falmouth and the Cathedral City of Truro, the cottages are ideally located for discovering all that Cornwall has to offer. There are multiple gardens, including Trelissick, Trebah and Glendurgan, all within easy reach. Mylor Yacht Harbour is close by, with its busy marina, sailing school, watersports centre, with boat and canoe hire (there is hard-standing beside the cottage for a dinghy or boat trailer if required).

The cottage is perfectly placed to explore the rugged cliffs, sandy coves and fishing villages of the Lizard Peninsula. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within an hour’s drive.

The spacious accommodation is all on one level, a comfortable living room with a wall hung flat screen smart television, a welcoming wood burning stove, the dining area, the fitted and well-equipped kitchen area, and gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Throughout, Oak flooring continues into the comfortable double bedroom with a 5ft double bed, with a fully tiled en-suite bathroom, bath, shower above, toilet, and wash hand basin.

The gravelled terrace and garden outside provide the perfect spot to relax and enjoy those warm summer evenings and tasty barbecues.
