Description

Amazing New Quay cottage directly overlooking the sea with private parking. Bay View is a beautiful double fronted Georgian cottage situated on the west side of the village of New Quay on Rock Street, one of the oldest terraces in New Quay. Just a short stroll to the beach.

It sleeps 6 in 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - double bed with sea views & en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 - king size bed with sea views. Bedroom 3 - bunk beds 5' 9" long (top suitable for child only) & sea views. Bedroom 4 - single (2' 6") at rear.

There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with double ended bath, basin, wc, separate shower. Also an en-suite with shower, wc, washbasin.

The bespoke kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, cooker, dishwasher, lots of crockery utensils etc.

Living room has an LED TV, DVD, 3-seater sofa, 2 leather chairs, inglenook fireplace with wood burner and sea views.

Dining room has a large old pine kitchen table & chairs seating 6, archway into kitchen, feature fireplace & sea view. There is a separate cloakroom off the hall & a downstairs toilet room at the rear.

There is a lovely professionally landscaped enclosed rear terraced garden with views of the sea. There is a small seating area at the front of the cottage which looks out directly onto the bay.

Private parking for 2 cars.

Sorry no pets.

WIFI, central heating, hot water & electricity all included.

Please bring your own bed linen and towels (duvets and pillows provided). Bed linen hire is available.

A Wonderful Break

A wonderful break and retreat. The dolphins were in the bay most days and gave amazing displays. Walks along the coastal path as exhilarating as ever. Thank you for the use of your beautiful, comfortable house.

Lots To See And Do

Although the weather was indifferent we REALLY enjoyed the peaceful Bay View. Lots to see and do in the surrounding area, good food too! Everything about Bay View feels like a treasured home.
