No parties allowed at all.

Utility bills are included for you, for normal fair usage.

ELECTRIC CARS -- charging of cars is not allowed at the property at all. There are facilities for this close by.

Terms : 25% Deposit on Booking + £20 booking fee
Full balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival. £140 damage deposit is due with balance
If bookings are less that 6 weeks away - the full amount is due on booking. Guests who cancel 65 days before arrival will receive 70% refund less booking fee.
If guests cancel between 35 and 65 days before arrival - they will receive 50% refund less booking fee
It is advisable to take out holiday Insurance as soon as you book, to be covered for any unforeseen circumstances.

We can not accept a pet here.

I was at 44 Turin Drive for 3 months and I can honestly say it''s one of the best places I''ve ever stayed. The house is neat and sleek looking with grey colour notes. It''s well equipped . There''s a nice forest / woodland area nearby where you can have an evening stroll. The owners are very helpful and kind

We loved everything about this house and the location. It has been so well thought out with amazing Eco Friendly Extensional the back. Lovely private garden where we could relax with a drink / and there is an amazing huge woodland area just around the corner where we took my son to have a kick about game of football. Loved the fun wall art with references to 80s pop!! It was a great fun place to be - oh yes and the beds are just so comfortable with amazing mattresses. Alton Towers and Trentham Gardens was great, we were also visiting family close by so we know the area well and know that this is the best local area in Staffordshire. thanks for being such great hosts!

This was our second stay here and won''''t be our last. The house is clean and comfortable with good facilities and amenities. Its situation is ideal Jane is an excellent host. Communication was great from start to finish and the information pack was also greatly appreciated.
