Free Parking is available on the Private Driveway. This house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with Children's Play area close by.
It is just a short walk in to Newcastle Under Lyme town centre -- where you will find an abundance of Resturants / bars shops.

Car Charging facilities are available close by at the Highland Garage. We do not allow guests to charge cars at the house

Terms : 25% Deposit on Booking
Full balance was due 6 weeks before your arrival. £99 damage deposit is also due with balance.
If bookings are less than 6 weeks away -- The full Booking amount is due on booking.
Guests who cancel 65 days before arrival will receive 70% refund if they have paid the full balance -- less Booking fee and 20% admin charge.
If guests cancel between 32 and 65 days before arrival date -- they will receive 50% refund less booking fee and admin charge
It is advisable to take out holiday Insurance as soon as you book your holiday -- to be covered for any eventuality.

We do not accept a dog or pet at this property.
