3 Double Bedrooms + 1 Twin Bedroom. ----
One Double Bedroom is downstairs off the Living Space with Shower / wc just next door -- so this property is ideal for family groups with an elderly guest staying, or if anyone struggles with stairs.
Parking available close to the property.

LOCATION -- This is a stunning location in Cornwall with so many stunning beaches + attractions to enjoy. Newquay has a huge choice of beaches. Fistral Beach is the main Surfers Beach with then multi million pound Surf Centre + shops restaurants + a Vibrant atmosphere!
Cornwall really does offer something for everyone! Eden Project is just a few miles away, Padstow just a short drive, St Ives, Lands End, Flambards, Dairyland, National Maritime Museum, many National Trust Homes + Castles.
With so many amazing Restaurants to choose from, you will be spoilt for choice. Many famous Chefs have fabulous Restaurants in Cornwall.
Linen is included for 8 Guests. Towels are not included, so please bring these with you.
We can sometimes offer Short Breaks, 3 Nights min. Contact us for the best prices for short breaks.

TERMS : 25% Deposit on Booking + £19 Booking fee.
Full Balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival. £120 Damage deposit is also due with balance.
If Bookings are less than 6 weeks away - The full Booking Amount is due on booking - Plus Damage deposit.
Guests who Cancel 60 days before arrival will receive 65% Refund less Booking fee.
If Guests Cancel between 40 and 65 days before arrival date -- they will receive 20% refund less Booking fee.
It is advisable to take out Holiday Insurance as soon as you book your Holiday, to be covered for unforeseen circumstances.
PETS : We can at certain times accept 1 dog. Please contact us regarding this. Small fee applies
CAR CHARGING -- There is EV Charging Facilities available to charge electric cars at the Resort. Please do not try to charge cars at the house.
Only booked guests can speech time at the house. Please do not invite extra guests to the house at all. This house can not be used for get togethers or parties.
We are available at any time day or evening, and we will always answer any query very quickly. We are a small family run business and we are always available for our guests. We are not like larger businesses who only operate between 9-5, which can be very difficult during your holiday!

The host Jane made booking so easy, she replied to all of my queries quickly and was always happy to answer my multiple questions!! On arrival at the property we were not disappointed, it''s located on Atlantic Reach resort which has everything you need . Lovely indoor pool, gym, pub where the staff are really friendly and much more. The house itself was out of this world. There were 7 of us and it was so spacious we didn''t get under each others feet. It very all very clean and on arrival it had a much appreciated welcome pack for a cup of tea! The rooms were spacious and comfy. It was a home away from home for sure. It has fast wifi which was a bonus and a tv when we wanted to chill. The location is perfect, just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Newquay. We visited Perranporth which was only 15/20 minutes away and is stunning I can honestly say this has to be one of the best properties I have stayed in and I highly recommend I will definitely be returning
Fab location, fab property

Spacious Lodge in a great location with plenty of facilities

We didn''t use all the facilities on site - just the indoor pool which was great, but there seemed plenty of facilities for families. Lodge was clean and spacious There were five of us including 3 teenagers and there was plenty of room and 3 bathrooms was great! The decor could perhaps do with a refresh. Just a minor point and does not detract from the space, cleanliness and facilities in the property My family had a great holiday helped by Jane who was very helpful from start to finishing quick to reply to any questions we had. We will definitely look to come back in the future
Amazing lodge great location

Jane was great from the start to finish quick to answer and great reply to any questions we had Lodge was very spacious and clean only 15 mins from the beach and great location to explore the rest of Cornwall. Everything you could want!
By Anne on 28-Sep-2018Four of us (including 3 ''seniors'' over 80) stayed in this wonderfully appointed house in September. It was warm and comfortable with every amenity you could wish for. Three bathrooms is a great bonus and the bedrooms were all warm and comfortable Self catering was easy. Every kitchen utensil you could need was there. The location, about a mile from A30 gave quick access and easy access to Newquay, Truro, the Eden Project (fantastic ) and other attractions So impressed Ive already booked my next visit!
