AMAZING BEACH LOCATION with Sea Views -- with lots of outdoor space and gardens, swimming pool with stunning views over Fistral beach. Safety gate on the swimming pool entrance - code is needed to gain access to the pool.
Just a few minutes walk to Fistral beach ..... also just a short walk to Crantock beach.
Newquay is a fantastic central location in Cornwall -- ideal to get out and about exploring Cornwall
So many amazing beaches and attractions nearby to enjoy and explore. Eden Project is just a short drive away, St Ives, Lands End, Flambards, so many amazing Castles and Gardens to visit nearby. You will be spoilt for choice.

Other things to note
On arrival ...... you will have parking space for your vehicle ...... the keys to the property will be waiting for you in the Key safe ....... this works very well as guests often arrive at all sort of different times day and night -- this is particularly good during Covid for No Contact check in.

By John Baines on 19-May-2025We enjoyed every aspect of the holiday at this fabulous house. Clear instructions from Jane made everythings so easy. The house is in this stunning location, when you look out of both bedroom windows you can see the sea and Fistral beach, aswell as the lovely spacious gardens and the pool area. The pool was great for sunny days to relax and when relaxing in the gardens and pool area - we could see the surfers in the sea and hear the lifeguards calling to people in the sea. It is just the very best location. This house has fab direct access from the patio doors to the pool and gardens, we have stayed at Surf View before and on that occasion there was no direct access to the pool. You had to come out of the aparttment block, and walk all the way around then down the steps. So it was not as accessible as it was at Jane's house. We could pop back to the house for a drink or a snack, the house itself was just so perfect aswell, well equipped and so moder, great decor with the wonderful whitewashed cladding throughout the whole house. It felt like our own beach house for the week, we will be back soon Just perfect.
Absolutely Stunning Location, Absolutely Stunning House !!
By Sally on 06-May-2025We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful house, to wake up each day and look out at those amazing Sea Views and looking out over the swimming pool here at the back of the house. There are 2 fabulous modern grey decked areas at the front - and back of the house - with super heavy resin picnic bench to relax and take in the stunning view of Fistral beach, we could even see the surfers in the sea and hear the lifeguard at the beach, a wonderful feeling of being so close. What an amazing feeling to be be so close to the sea, we love this location and have alreqdy booked to come back again. The house was absolutely perfect and has a wonderful Beach Hut feel with this wonderful whitewashed cladding! Well equipped and jane is a great host who cares very much that her guests have a wonderful stay, oh yes beautiful Hotel ware linen too and towels Just perfect.

By Julia Baines on 28-Apr-2025We have now stayed at Jane's house several times! .... The location is just stunning, to walk up and look out to Sea gives you the best start to the day. We love having the Swimming pool just at the back of the house, and being able to see the beach while relaxing by the pool is just fabulous. Just a short walk down to the beach with all of the great restaurants down there on the beach, it really is the big Surfers beach in Cornwall and such a fab atmorphere .......... Also just down the road is the Lewinnick lodge, the very best restaurant in the area, many locals eat here which is always a good sign ......... We have already booked for next year, thanks again Jane for being a great host. We love the new additions this year with new decked areas at the front and back to relax with the great heavy resin picnic benches -- just perfect x

By Jeni on 27-Jul-2024This accommodation was excellent. It was clean, modern and bright with adequate equipment for a very comfortable stay. The pool area is excellent and was never busy so its like your own private pool. The grounds are well kept and tidy and the groundsman/poolman is very friendly. The location is fabulous with views across fistral bay to the front and rear. Lots of little secret pathways down to the beach and you must visit the gorgeous and picturesque Fern Pit cafe like i did each morning for breakfast before the kids got up. I cant recommend this house enough and the communication from Jane the owner was instantaneous and always helpful. Book it NOW, You wont be disappointed.
Great week away
By Karenogrady on 21-Oct-2022We stayed at 33 Surf View for week in October. The apartment was a great baser unto head out each day to visit various places. Also we walked the coastal path next to beach and golf course, into town centre stopping for coffee at beach cafe overlooking fistula beach. Apartment has everything you need for chill outwork away from home. I would definitely recommend this place. Great location with stunning views
