Description
This delightful one bedroom apartment is located in the centre of Nice on pedestrianised Rue de Suisse, overlooking Notre Dame. It is just off the main boulevard of Jean Medecin which is the high street of Nice. It is suitable for 1-2 people. The apartment is on the third floor with a lift. It is south facing and gets the sunshine all day making it extremely light and airy. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to sample the local produce while the balcony is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or lazing on the beach. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and plenty of storage with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The fully- equipped kitchen has a full-size American fridge, stove, oven and washing machine. The dining table can fold out and comfortable seat four people. There are two lounge chairs and a leather couch that folds out to a double bed.(available as a bed at a cost of 40 euros per stay). A flat screen TV with a USB portal are there as well as a small collection of books and brochures, maps etc. WiFi is is available throughout and there is cable tv with some English channels (CNN & BBC World).The bathroom is fully marbled with a shower, toilet, bathroom cabinet and mirror. One bath towel and one hand towel is provided for each guest (no beach towels provided) as well as all linen. For stays longer than 10 days, an extra set of linen and towels will be provided. The hallway has a place to hang your coats and a small annex room which acts as a utility room as well as a good place to store luggage. Other amenities include toaster, kettle, cafetiere, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. There are four chairs and also a small fold-away table for the balcony.All the amenities you could ask for are right on the doorstep: shops, restaurants, transport, banks and supermarkets. Its location is perfect for those who wish to explore Nice and the Cote d'Azur.Bedroom Details

Appartement confortable, très bien situé

Lovely apartment
By Nicholas Evans on 20-Sep-2023The apartment is exactly as shown on the internet. It was well equipped for self catering, very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent through out our stay. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach, lots of bars and restaurants on your door step. Definitely stay here again.
Excellent location
By Annerieke Kisjes on 23-Apr-2024Nice appartment, great location. Lovely balcony with nice view. Close to train, tram, several bakeries and groceries. Next to to the main shopping street of Nice. Only 15 minutes walk to the boulevard and the old town. Good bed and everything we needed was there. Good communication with the host. We defenity recommend this appartment!!

A lovely apartment in an excellent location

Two beautiful rooms, very comfortable bed and sofabed, balcony, well-equipped kitchen - more spacious overall than the photos suggested. And how useful to have beach gear too! Communication with the owner and manager was friendly, efficient and very helpful - overall a very smooth visit. The flat was handy for new and old town, and the trams, with a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bakeries close by. And how wonderful to hear the cathedral bells (only during the day!) and also on Sunday morning the faint strains of the choir during the morning mass (the July heat meaning the doors were open!) Thank you Elaine for a super stay!
