With 42ft of river frontage and a waterside garden you can relax and enjoy watching the boats go by and spotting some of our wonderful Broads wildlife.It has been in the same family since the 1940’s and is a popular place for a quiet retreat for couples and fishermen.

really is home from home
By Terry & Sue on 28-Feb-2026I've been coming to Patikipa since 2018. Have to say really is home from home. Lovely little cottage everything you need. Fishing is excellent right there as soon as you open front door. Massive grassed area to fish or enjoy the scenery. Also about 5 minute walk to pub and the Famous Lathams just a bit further. If you want peace and quiet and amazing scenery it's a must.
