An outdoor football pitch and indoor playroom (pool table/table tennis) complete the facilities at your disposal.At Le Pont D’Albart you are close to beautiful uncrowded sand beaches and within easy reach of Cherbourg, local market towns such as Bricquebec 6 miles and many places of interest e.g St Michael’s Mount, Bayeux Tapestry, Channel Islands, D Day beaches, Animal Parks and Zoo, Botanic Gardens, Carteret Marina, Chateaux and more.
Bordered by Regional Forest and within Cotentin and Bessin National Park, Le Pont D’Albart offers you perfect relaxation in picturesque surroundings and will also appeal to those of you looking for a more active breaks (golf, horseriding ) and even adventure sports (mountainbiking, surfing, sandyachting, canoeing ) to name but a few .
We live onsite and have been in France for over 20 years and have been welcoming guests to this corner of Normandy during this time which has given us invaluable knowledge of the area as well as the experience to help you get the most of your holiday .
Les Hirondelles is one of four cottages at the friendly family run complex of Le Pont D'Albart.
Renovated and maintained with care to the highest standards to provide you with comfortable accomodation in tranquil surroundings. The open plan ground floor possesses panoramic views over the lake or regional forest and surrounding countryside with private garden . The cottages provides free fiber WiFi internet and satellite television . Fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker and oven, fridge freezer washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Dining table corner bench and chairs .
First Floor: Bedroom with kingsize bed side tables and wardrobe. Second bedroom with 2 single beds, side tables and wardrobe.

At dawn, a stunning view of the lake and the small valley awaits you. A picture-perfect atmosphere! We were out and about quite a bit and enjoyed coming home to Les Hirondelles in the evening. The apartment lacks nothing, but unfortunately, our stay was too short to make full use of the pool and the lake. Sid and Zeena are perfect hosts and accommodate every request. They communicate fluently in German, English, or French. A first-class retreat, ideal for spending your vacation there or exploring the area.
