Description
Bretigny is set in rural and tranquil countryside, close to the Normandy Coastline between the towns of Dieppe and Le Treport. You’ll love Bretigny because of the ambiance and the outdoor space. It caters for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Ideal for those who like to explore!Total living space is around 240m2, over 3 floors. The grounds are large with secluded lawns and gardens to the front and rear of the house.
Ground floor:
Entrance hall, lounge with wood burning stove, satellite tv/dvd, dining room, sitting room, toilet / shower and well equipped kitchen (cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Philips Senseo pod coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric coffee grinder, 4 slice toaster, kettle, raclette machine etc etc)
First Floor:
3x double bedrooms (one with cot), 1x twin room, main bathroom with bath/shower & electric towel radiator.
Top Floor:
Family bedroom with 2x double and one single bed. Games / entertainment room with table tennis table, stereo, tv with roku stick (for netflix etc)
Top floor consists of a games room / entertainment area with table
Our holiday cottage can welcome up to 10 persons and one baby and is ideal to spend a week or weekend with family or friends.
