Description
The Cottage:Spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people (plus baby) with loads of country character on a traditional family farm.
On one level, and with two entrances, (one via steps through the small private garden and balcony and the other from a separate level parking area), Kingfisher Cottage is disabled friendly, including for wheelchairs.
Open plan living area with soft leather sofas, rugs, polished wood floor and woodburner.
Very well equipped country kitchen including gas rayburn, hob and microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
Kingfisher Cottage has two bedrooms; 1. master king sized bed. 2. single beds on the lower level with a third single bed on the mezzanine level above.
Large Victorian style family bathroom with a massive vintage cast iron bath and a wet room type shower.
Outside of peak season we are happy to take short breaks.

A great centre for touring and getting to the coast and beaches, located in a beautiful and quiet river valley amid trees and meadows..
5 miles from the friendly, historic town of Launceston and access to the A30. 11 miles from Bude and the beaches of the North Coast (20 minute drive). 6 miles from atmospheric Bodmin Moor and 15 miles from Dartmoor.
