Off the beaten track accommodation

By Denise on 17-Oct-2025

Sally is a great host. we were met at the door and given a tour of the stables, with guidance. Everything was exactly as we expected. Nice touch was the welcome pack. Really enjoyed our stay in this off the beaten track accommodation

A pleasure to be greeted by the hosts

By Beryl on 25-Oct-2025

It was a pleasure to be greeted by the hosts who were very helpful and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The property was exceptionally clean and well-appointed with much thought having been given to furniture arrangements and kitchen content. We did not take advantage of the local walks but enjoyed the peace and rural location.

Just Perfect

By Mary on 27-Sep-2025

Just perfect. Surrounded by peaceful countryside and extensive grounds. Cottage was exactly as described. We have never felt so relaxed in an air bb before. David kindly put the heating on but after a while we turned it down because the cottage was so cosy. So much to do nearby. We did Bure Valley railway, an afternoon cruise on the broads (saw a lot of kingfishers), Norwich, and Stalham Broad. Lots of useful leaflets in the cottage for planning days out. Also games if you don’t drink too much wine!!, I’m sure we will be back.

Great Long Weekend

By Christian on 26-Aug-2025

We had a great long weekend at Sally's place. She was very responsive and sent us clear instructions. Sally personally welcomed us, showed us around and left us a some treats in the kitchen. The place was very quiet an peaceful and a great location for trips to the seaside, the Broads or Bewilderwood and Wroxham Barns which are great places if you go with kids. We will definitely try to come back!

Pretty accommmodation and quiet surroundings

By Amanda on 05-Aug-2025

We stayed at Sally and Dave’s place for a week and had a really lovely holiday. The accommodation is in pretty and very quiet surroundings which made for a very relaxing stay; the private garden is pretty and a lovely spot to read and eat breakfast / dinner. It is well situated for a quiet stay, surrounded by greenery but also it is not far to go for local amenities and visits. The accommodation is very well equipped and Sally has been generous with what she provides in the kitchen e.g. foil, cling film, dishwasher tablets. Everything is spotlessly clean. Sally and Dave are lovely hosts - really friendly and helpful but not intrusive. I highly recommend a stay here and would gladly return.
