By Kailey on 01-Jan-2026We had a lovely stay over Christmas - The position of the house is great with plenty of places within 20-30 min drive or so. The house is great and the site it is on is lovely. We loved that every room had their own en-suite bathroom. We did feel the house could have been slightly cleaner, the sofa armchairs for example were all quite stained and dirty, the house could maybe just do with a slight refresh of some more modern furniture around the house to make it feel cleaner and more modern. The kitchen could also do with some more cooking equipment such as baking trays/dishes, utensils such as scissors etc. but apart from this, we would still very much recommend the house as we had a great stay overall.

Fantastic Holiday House

The Queenswood Holidays team were attentive and professional, providing everything we needed. The house itself was beautiful, clean and very well appointed. Everything was as described and the living areas were very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with items required when cooking for large groups, including two ovens and fridges and plenty of large pots and pans (often lacking in large holiday lets). The hot tub was fantastic and someone popped by during the week to check the levels and clear the filters. All in all a fantastic stay!
