Description
GARDEN COTTAGE - Bedroom 1 with double bed, Bedroom 2 with twin beds. The cottage has a bathroom downstairs, with a bath & shower over, washbasin, wc., shaverpoint, hairdryer, heated towel rail & fan heater. The cottage has free Wi-Fi available, a well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob electric cooker, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. & a night storage heater. The sitting room has a 2 seater sofa & two armchairs, a TV & DVD, radio/CD, an electric "woodburning style" fire & night storage heater. Garden Cottage has a hallway with coat hooks & space for wellies etc. plus an open porch, a large lawned garden with a charcoal barbecue & plenty of parking. Duvets, pillows, bed linen, kitchen & bathroom towels & bathroom mats are included. (Linen changed weekly on request for guests staying longer than one week). The cottage is cleaned on changeover day which is Thursday in the main season. Out of season changeover days are flexible. Well behaved pets are welcome at no extra cost (downstairs only please).BOOKING INFORMATION
This property is open all year. Out of season breaks are available from November - February inclusive (except Christmas, New Year & February half term), 2026 out of season prices are £180 per night with a three min charge; £73.50 for each additional night. March to October (inclusive) 2026 weekly rates £900 - £1380.
We are now asking that guests arrive from 2pm & vacate by 10am, unless agreed otherwise.
BOOKING NOTES
A deposit of 1/3rd is required to secure a booking with the balance due one month before arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer.

Leave ReviewThe ideal peaceful holiday – (5 star). This charming & rustic cottage, so peaceful with lovely views of sea & countryside, is situated close to the best beaches of North Cornwall. It has tasteful decor & is secluded yet is within walking distance of Padstow or the ferry across the Camel to Rock. Harbour Cove & Stepper Point are also just a stones throw away – 20th April 2017.
