The property has outstanding views over the camel estuary , has ample off road parking a huge bonus in Padstow !
An easy 10 minute walk into Padstow town harbour which boasts ample gourmet restaurants, shops and amenities. Perfect location for exploring the camel trail less than two minutes walk away with bike hire available and close to many gorgeous beaches .
The property has been completely redesigned with the living areas at the back of the property to enjoy the panoramic views over the ever changing Camel estuary.
A large open plan kitchen/ dining area with fab views !
Fully kitted out with luxury integrated appliances , granite worksurfaces, large hob, double oven , washing machine, tumble drier, large stainless fridge freezer , tassimo coffee maker, toaster , pots , pans , crockery , glasses etc . Living area features large comfy corner sofa set around feature wood burning stove, t.v , sky channels including sky cinema. Perfect for cosying up on cold winter nights.
Large patio doors lead through to the conservatory with comfy chaise sofa and outstanding views over the estuary. Step on to the patio to enjoy the cornish sun and relax on the comfy sofa or down on the newly extended lower patio cook up a treat in the bbq or enjoy a soak in the brand new hot tub while sipping champagne enjoying the glorious view . A large fully enclosed lawned garden great for games.

At the front of the bungalow, on one side is the twin bedroom and luxury family bathroom and on the other, double bedroom with king size bed , dressing area with ample wardrobe space leading through to a luxury en-suite shower room with large walk in shower , operated by remote control .
To the front of the property the newly landscaped garden leads to large off road gravel parking area . In the garage you will find beach chairs , windbreak etc and storage space for bikes and beach gear.

The property is perfect for a luxury Cornish break, changeover day is Friday , however we are happy to be flexible where possible on changeover day outside of peak times. We will consider one small well behaved dog ,
Dogs are not permitted in the bedroom and cannot be left alone at the property at any time unless crated. Please contact us for more details.

The Camel Trail runs from Padstow , and is arguably the most successful recreational trail in the UK, providing access to the beautiful Cornish countryside along a disused railway line between Bodmin, Wadebridge and Padstow. As the final leg of the Atlantic Coast Express journey from Waterloo, winding alongside the spectacular Camel Estuary, the line was immortalised in 'Betjeman's Cornwall' as 'the most beautiful train journey I know' Perfect for a family bike ride with cycle hire available nearby .

A super bungalow just a 5 minute walk to Padstow Harbour. Bungalow has everything you need for a great stay. Easy parking for 2 cars and a lovely welcome with scones and clotted cream and a bottle of fizz in the fridge.

Thoroughly recommend Ivy's View, Jo the Booking Manager very friendly and helpful.

Perfect In Every Way”

This house was just perfect in every way. It has been beautifully decorated and was equipped with everything needed including a washer and dryer. Additionally this home has amazing views of the estuary and I spent mornings and evenings sitting in the conservatory soaking in the scenery. On warm days you can also enjoy the views from the backyard patio. The home is within easy walking distance of the harbor where we found a number of restaurants and sights. It was such a plus to leave the car at the house and stroll to dinner.

Would you recommend this hotel to a friend? Yes.

Couldn't fault Ivy's view, location (mins from Padstow centre), decor and furniture, everything great quality and great condition. Clean, loads of space, great views, Jo who looks after bookings really helpful and there if needed. Lovely welcoming touches, thanks :). Thoroughly enjoyable weeks stay, we didn't want to leave. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Fantastic holiday home, amazing view.

iVy's View was better than we could have imagined. The view from the conservatory was unbelievable, many hours were spent in there (especially when it's raining!).
The house is extremely well furnished with quality furniture and appliances.
With the house only a few minutes easy walk to Padstow harbour it is ideally located.
We can't wait to come back!

Excellent location, fabulous views, really beautifully upgraded luxury bungalow for a very much needed short stay- we will be back for longer!
The contact person at your head office was so friendly, helpful and accommodating especially when we had a little unexpected emergency mid stay- they sorted it in 5 mins and it was then straight back to enjoying the holiday for us.
Can not recommend this location/home/owner/staff enough, but would prefer no one knew this holiday home existed so we can keep it for ourselves!!!!

Amazing location for an amazing house.

This house and location gave us a great base for our holiday. The house was very well finished and equipped and it made everything easy for us. With a dog, children and bikes the facilities were perfect for us and we look forward to returning there before too long. The little gestures on arrival were much appreciated. The whole experience left us with some wonderful memories of a great week away in Padstow.

Gorgeous bungalow located only 5 minutes from Padstow, really enjoyed all the special touches and the excellent communication from the agent. Easy to park off road, exceptionally clean and all the mod cons - would be even more amazing in Summer to enjoy the outdoor deck!
