Located just 150m from the Vanoise Express or the fast chairlift to Les Arcs for easy access to whole of Paradiski. Situated in the heart of Plan Peisey, an attractive village making up part of the Peisey-Vallandry resort with excellent shops and restaurants. Skiing and boarding access to the whole of Les Arcs is easy from the village with a fast 6-seater chairlift that runs from the middle of Plan Peisey as well as the Vanoise Express linking les Arcs with la Plagne - the two areas making up the enormous Paradiski domain.

The apartment has undergone a complete renovation in 2020/21. This has created two double bedroom suites, one with its own luxury bathroom and the other with a shower room with luxury Italian style walk in shower. Downstairs the kitchen has been completely replaced with an American style large kitchen area, open to the dining and lounge areas with fabulous views over the valley and withs a comfortable seating area with sofa and chairs as well as a large dining table to enjoy meals together. The kitchen itself is well equipped with hob with 4 burners, full oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The apartment sleeps up to 10 in 3 bedrooms with proper beds and no sofa beds. On the first floor there are 2 double ensuite bedrooms and on the top floor is a large open 3rd bedroom with a double bed and personal basin area on one side and two bunk beds to sleep 4 with a second personal basin area on the other. The two sides of this large bedroom share a shower room and separate toilet on the same floor, effectively screening the double and bunk beds areas from the other.

The whole apartment has been renovated to a luxury standard with gorgeous reclaimed cladding on the walls throughout in contemporary savoyard mountain style. There is a private ski locker just outside the apartment door.

Lower Floor: The spacious living area with fabulous reclaimed timber cladding opens onto a balcony with lovely views over the valley from both the balcony and from inside the lounge. There is comfortable sofa and seating, with a large dining table to seat 10 and enjoy meals together.

First floor: Two double bedrooms which have been renovated as luxury suites, each with plenty of storage. One of the bedrooms has fabulous views over the valley from its own balcony. One bedroom suite has an open bathroom with bath and basin, the other suite has a walk in shower and basin. The two suites share a separate WC on this level

Top floor: Large open bedroom with two areas each with their own private basin area, separated with a newly fitted shower room and separate toilet which gives privacy to the two sleeping areas within this bedroom

The buildings are situated very close to the centre of Plan Peisey village but set amongst trees in a lovely setting. There is a private ski locker just outside the apartment door on the landing. Free open parking is available just below the residence.

Linens and towels are available to hire at 30€ for a double set and 18€ for a single set. Final cleaning is included in the rental price shown.
