With a very well equipped kitchen and plenty of outdoor seating, BBQ, large garden, stunning sea & estuary views adults can relax whilst children play!

By Kate on 17-Sep-2025Great house - good sized bedrooms, lots of space, especially the kitchen which was very well equipped. Felt like a home from home. We love this area - was great to be so close to Freshwater West beach. We really loved our stay - whole family enjoyed it - my in-laws lived in Castlemartin for years, so this location has many happy memories. We really appreciated your excellent communication. The house itself was great - probably the best-equipped kitchen any of us has encountered (although we did eat out - Paternoster was amazing, and we always enjoy the Stackpole.) Great stay, I'm sure we'll be back!
Welsh Coastal Paradise

Full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home

The house was warm, comfortable and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Even with a bit of typical Welsh rain, it was the perfect base for exploring the stunning local area. Trish’s garden is absolutely beautiful - peaceful, lush and such a joy.. The home is well-equipped, clean and everything was clearly prepared with care. Trish was a kind and responsive host and we really appreciated her local recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this special spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic stay on the Welsh coast.
Excellent choice for a Holiday
By Susan on 11-Aug-2024The Burrows is a beautiful large house which is ideal for family groups. There is plenty of room and the large garden is great for dogs and ball games. The kitchen is really well equipped. There is a large hall with lots of storage and space for multiple shoes, bags and coats. The position is great as well with just a short steep walk to Freshwater West. It’s only a short drive to West Angle beach and the very friendly Hibernian Inn. We had a small problem that was sorted very quickly. An excellent choice for a holiday.

It is beautiful with wonderful views. It is really well equipped with lots of extra touches which was really good. Thank you Trish for your responsive and helpful communication you are very much a super host we would love to stay again sometime ️
House has warm welcoming feel
By Edwina on 03-Jun-2023The house is surrounded by beautiful fields and with a stunning beach just down the road. The views from the upstairs sitting room with its balcony are wonderful. The little herb garden outside the kitchen is really pretty. The house is well set out and very family friendly. The kitchen is a lovely warm sunny room and extremely well equipped. The house has a warm welcoming feel and we had a very happy stay. Trish was a very helpful host and everything was well organised.
