There are 9 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and 2 wc"s conveniently located throughout the house
The ground floor has 3 Living rooms a cosy bar,large dining room with french doors to the outside patio and a large kitchen with 2 ovens including a 4oven electric aga and 2x american style fridge freezers
The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your catering on a large scale

Penty Parc is a spacious house with space for everyone ..and your dog! Lovely sunny patios in the summertime to cosy bar and lounge with wood burning fireplace to enjoy during the winter months
The house is surrounded by 7 acres of grounds and gardens.
Comprising of large flower beds ,lawns and woodland areas , a potager and wildlife pond leading to an orchard and summer meadow.
The grounds are a delight to wander round at any time but particularly during the spring and early summer when the rhodeddroms and azaleas are in full bloom.The lawns provide the perfect spot for family games, picnics or simply relaxing .

The owner, Chrissie, was very friendly and helpful in the run up to the stay.

Perfect location for three families of four (kids aged 8-13), with large grounds. Wonderful coastal walks close by, complete with cafe stops for tea and welsh cakes.
