It has been lovingly renovated to a high standard of comfort. With stunning wrap-around garden views of Blencathra, Helvellyn, Ullswater Fells and the Pennines. Ideal for families and couples who appreciate character with modern facilities.
Large modern fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining for 4 plus dishwasher, enjoying stunning countryside views to front and rear. Double oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge freezer, hand towels, tea towels, oven glove etc plus kitchen essentials, salt pepper, herbs, spices, tea sugar and coffee supplied.
Separate utility room with WC, washing machine, tumble dryer and sink unit leading to rear garden. Soaps, detergent , doggy treats, poo bags and towels included.
Spacious, bright cosy living room, again with stunning views to front and rear. Comfy sofas and living flame gas fire, gas central heating for cosy winter stays, tastefully furnished in keeping with the character of the property. Smart TV,Freeview, DVD, WiFi.
Walk in storage under stairs with iron, ironing board, clothes horse and washing basket.
Upstairs there are 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin.

Ulleswater , Penrith only 12 mins drive from cottage , Keswick around 15 mins drive Would certainly recommend a stay there
