Description
The barn is situated opposite the wonderful wildlife reserve of Pensthorpe, in open country - the views from the barn are so expansive that you can barely see another house. The underfloor and gas central heating ensure that it is always cosy but, in the summer, the open plan living area with 3 sets of French windows mean you can enjoy al fresco living. The contemporary furnishings are comfortable and stylish. There is plenty of dining furniture etc so that you can have your friends around easily. The local area has many excellent pubs and restaurants and on the coast at Holkham and Wells you will find beautiful sandy beaches. The barn is the perfect place from which to explore the area and enjoy a home away from home. You can book the properties either singly, or as a pair for larger parties.Bedroom Details

Lovely barn conversion

It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and really comfortable, a great place to go back to after a day exploring. The owners had thought of everything to make for an enjoyable stay. The wildlife in the garden and fields beyond was fantastic, with a wide range of birds that included a green woodpecker. The property is well located for visiting many of the attractions in North Norfolk. Highly recommended!
Stunning location

Plenty of wildlife on the doorstep, including deer,partridges,pheasants,hares and lots of different small birds. Great base from which to explore the North Norfolk coast. Very comfortable and well equipped. Would highly recommend.
Wonderful place
By Catherine on 29-Sep-2023I took my friend on her first ever visit to Norfolk. The Barn is perfectly situated for visiting many of the gems of North Norfolk. We managed Sandringham, Wells, Holkham, Holt, the Broads, Cromer, Langham Glass at Fakenham and Seal spotting by boat off Blakeney Point as well as the Pensthorpe Water Park just across the road! We spotted hares in the garden and deer in one of the fields. A truly wonderful place.
