Description

The barn is situated opposite the wonderful wildlife reserve of Pensthorpe, in open country - the views from the barn are so expansive that you can barely see another house. The underfloor and gas central heating ensure that it is always cosy but, in the summer, the open plan living area with 3 sets of French windows mean you can enjoy al fresco living. The contemporary furnishings are comfortable and stylish. There is plenty of dining furniture etc so that you can have your friends around easily. The local area has many excellent pubs and restaurants and on the coast at Holkham and Wells you will find beautiful sandy beaches. The barn is the perfect place from which to explore the area and enjoy a home away from home. You can book the properties either singly, or as a pair for larger parties.

Take your bike

We had a very comfortable stay. Everything in the barn worked well-no fiddling with the telly to get it working for example. Anyone visiting should take their bikes. There are lots of lovely quiet roads and tracks to cycle on and villages to explore. The barns are spacious and have room by the stairs to store bikes. A takeaway from the Crab Shed in Wells is highly recommended. Lovely break with Spring sunshine that bought the brown hares out in numbers-wonderful sight.

Really lovely barn so comfortable,everything you need for a relaxing break. Very peaceful but not far from all amenities. Would thoroughly recommend.
