It is ideally suited for couples who want to be just a few minutes stroll from the centre of this attractive and historic market town; everything is within walking distance. SKY BLUE is an ideal base from which to explore the spectacular scenery of West Penwith, with the bus and railway station only 15 minutes walk away. And a Cornish cream tea is on the table when you arrive!

Great place to stay

Lovely place to stay ,all you Nedd in property.Near shops .Quiet location .The owners are very nice ,nothing to much if you need anything.

Welcoming and it was Home from Home

I was a little anxious, as I had never used SimplyOwners - but this was soon evaporated when I arrived. I was greeted by a lovely lady (Romer), who was just setting up a lovely Cream Tea for me , great after a 6 hour drive ! The place was lovely and clean, and everything I needed for my stay, and everything worked as it should. I felt at home and safe especially as a solo lady traveller. The kitchen was really well equipped, and I wanted for nothing. I did have one lovely sunny day, and it was great to sit outside, and read my book and have a drink ! The cottage is in a lovely location (with a parking place), and close to everything I needed to get too. It was great to be there 'out of season' , which made getting around really easy. Penzance is a lovely place, some great gardens, places to visit, great restaurants my favourite was '45 Queen Street' great atmosphere and lovely fresh food . I will return to Sky Blue as soon as I can :)

Spacious accommodation and superb central location

We stayed at Sky Blue in May 2022 and it was great place to stay. We received a warm and friendly greetings from Romer on our arrival along with a delightful cream tea. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was extremely spacious, comfortable bed, plenty of storage for both clothing and and food items and a bonus was the size of the freezer compartment in the fridge/freezer. We were invited to use Romer's garden in addition to the small seating area next to the accomodation entrance. Very sunny on the rare days we had sun. The central position allowed us to walk around Penzance for all our shopping needs as well as visit Mousehole, Marazion and Trengwaiton gardens without using the car. The excellent transport links in Penzance saw us use the bus for Land's End, St Ives, St Just and Falmouth. The ultimate positive review is that we will return next year.
