Teal Lodge is conveniently located between Newquay & Perranporth on Cornwall’s North Coast - less than 4 miles to the beach!We are surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches (Perranporth, Holywell Bay, Crantock, Newquay & more all within 10-20 mins) & stunning coastal walks
Guests can also reach virtually anywhere in Cornwall within an hour, making it perfect for visiting all the attractions & natural wonders of this unique part of England! Teal Lodge Cornwall makes a great base for a family holiday, a walking trip or a relaxing & romantic break and is open all year round!
Teal Lodge Cornwall occupies the best possible location on the exclusive Lodge development of a relatively smaller resort (Newperran) which offers the best of both worlds! Guests love the tranquil setting with unspoiled countryside views from inside & from the extensive rear deck as well as the amazing private sunken hot tub! Guests also enjoy inclusive access to the heated indoor pool & other resort facilities including children’s play area, arcade, bar & restaurant. No passes required!
We are happy to welcome 4 guests plus up to 2 additional young children sharing. I'm afraid that we are unable to accommodate more than 4 adults & we do not accept dogs or any other pets

The master bedroom has a Kingsize bed, bedside tables, 2 wardrobes, a dressing table & a TV along with a large en suite with bath & double length shower unit
The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe, bedside tables & chest of drawers. The en suite also has a great double-shower.
Both bedrooms enjoy direct access to the rear deck & the hot tub!
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is spacious, light & modern with private 5G wifi, smart TV, built in Bluetooth sound system & contemporary electric fireplace, making Teal Lodge Cornwall an ideal place to relax with family or friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering in a luxury holiday let home away from home, with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, Bosch Tassimo Coffee Machine and even a wine cooler!
There is private parking at Teal Lodge Cornwall for 2 cars.

By Colby on 10-Jan-2026Teal Lodge was by far the best stay I’ve had and on any holiday park by far. The accommodation was spotless and much larger in person then what the pictures let on, the decor inside was very cozy and fitting to the location. The kitchen is easy to use with very good equipment, both bathrooms and showers are very spacious and well equipped.There is tonnes to do in the local area and within a 45 minute drive to make a full weeks itinerary. And we went in January. During our stay we experienced a Red Weather warning for high winds reaching 83mph which is of course quite nerve racking. However Amanda was incredibly helpful and caring keeping us up to date on the owners group chat on site as regards to when power comes back on and was a very welcoming comfort. The hot tub was my personal favourite part of the accommodation being nice and warm, we set it to 40° and went out during light snow and was very cozy, this accompanied by the wine cooled Healeys made the perfect break.

By Pamela M on 06-Apr-2025ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ️ Wow, a brilliant holiday from start to finish.our amazing lodge was perfect.very clean and spacious and well stocked with everything you could wish for. Lovely decor and comfortable beds this is a very well looked after accomadation.hot tub was perfect after a nice day out situated in the best area around.the host amanda was brilliant from the time of booking till the time to leave with all the information you need about the lodge and cornwall itself.i will highly recommend this lodge to everyone and will definately be returning
