OCHIL COTTAGE
(Sleeps 8)

This old barn has been recently converted and refurbished to the highest standards. It has a large living room with open fire and a spacious modern fitted kitchen/dinning room with door to terrace and garden. There is a utility room and WC on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms: two twin bedded rooms and two twin or double. Two bathrooms/WC, one with a bath/shower attachment and one with over-bath shower.
Services included: Bed linen and towels, cot, high chair, colour TV and DVD, CD/cassette/radio, microwave, dish washer, washing machine/dryer, small garden with terrace and garden furniture. Pets by prior arrangement. Electrical heating and logs for the open fire.

BLASHIE COTTAGE
(Sleeps 6)

This barn has also been recently converted and refurbished to similar high standards. The entrance hall leads onto a Living Room with open fire. There is a fully fitted Kitchen/Dinning Room and Utlility room/Boot Room with door to garden. There are three bedrooms: a double and two twins. One bathroom with bath and over shower and one shower room each with basins and WCs.
Services included: Bed linen and towels, cot, high chair, colour TV and video, CD/cassette/radio, dish washer, washing machine/dryer, small garden with terrace and garden furniture. Pets by prior arrangement. Electrical heating and logs for the open fire.

Arndean Cottages consist of 2 adjoining cottages. Ochil Cottage is a double storey cottage which can sleep 8 people. It is next to Blashie Cottage which sleeps 6. The cottages can be taken individually or together. They are located at the Mains of Arndean near the village of Blairingone in Central Scotland. They are in the centre of a farming estate with wonderful views and walks. Pets are welcome.

Location: DIRECTIONS TO AND ARRIVAL ARRANGEMENTS AT ARNDEAN COTTAGES

Arndean Cottages are located at the Mains of Arndean. The Postcode is FK14 7NT. The easiest route to the cottage is off the A977 which links the Clackmannanshire Bridge with Kinross. From the Bridge you stay on the A977 until you enter the village of Blairingone (approx 6 miles). You take the road to the left signposted "Vicar's Bridge" and go down the road for about 500 metres, round a sharp corner to the left and the Mains is the steading conversion on the left hand side of the road. You take the first turning, before the buildings, signposted Arndean Holiday Cottages, into a car park. Ochil Cottage is the double storey on the left and Blashie Cottage is the single storey cottage on the right.

The front door will be unlocked and I will leave a key in the back of the door to the cottage. I will come and see you sometime on the evening you arrive to make sure all is well. My mother lives in the house on the far side of the courtyard and do go and see her if there are any immediate problems.
