This cottage has been recently refurbished to high standards. The entrance hall leads into a fully fitted kitchen/eating room and utlility room/boot room with door to the terrace/garden. There is one shower room/wetroom with a shower, basin and WC. It is a level one cottage for disabled guests.
Services included: Bed linen and towels, colour TV, wifi, dish washer, washing machine/dryer, small garden with terrace and garden furniture. Pets by prior arrangement. Heating and logs for the open fire.
A delightful, newly renovated, 5 star, cottage for a couple in the courtyard of Arndean House near Dollar. Great walks and very peaceful.
Location: The Bothy is located in the courtyard at Arndean. The postcode is FK14 7NH. The easiest route in is off the A977 between Powmill and Blairingone. Come down the Arndean Road for about a mile and on the right hand side, at a triangle for grass, turn right down the Arndean Farm Road. Watch the speed/water bumps! When you get to the bottom of the hill drive along the wall on your left and past the white gates and the Bothy is on your left. The sign is on the cottage next to the entrance gate. If you have the what3words app the address is deduced.grabs.encourage. The door will be unlocked and the key in the back of the door. Katie and I live in the big house opposite and do come across if you need help.
