Its main sun terrace/patio is a relaxing haven with its own garden furniture and barbecue, which is a popular hit on those long Summer days and mild Summer evenings.The bungalow is in a great location, only a 10–15 minute walk to the popular coastal village of Pevensey Bay with its selection of pubs, restaurants and local shops or there is a small convenience shop only 100m away for those every day essentials. Eastbourne is only a few miles away and is easily reached by car, bus or train. The property has good road links to Eastbourne, Hastings and Brighton with a bus stop only 150m away that regularly serves Eastbourne. The nearest train stations are Pevensey Bay (1 mile approx) or Normans Bay (1.5 miles approx). The nearest airport is Gatwick, which is approximately 1 hour away by road. Can be versatile on dates e.g 3/4/5 night stays available upon request.
