These two Large Modern Luxury apartments both 2 bedrooms - both include super king sized beds with luxury Egyptian cotton bedding and goose down duvets. 2nd Bedroom also has the option of being made into two singles. Spacious open plan living area - ideal for families. Surf club on the beach including surf school. Sea views from the Balcony/sun terrace. Sorry no Pets.

Phillack Rivere Towans - This stunning contemporary apartments offers everything you could wish for to make your holiday that little bit special. The apartments has been designed to the highest eco spec and includes new luxury fittings. The apartment also comes fitted with ground sourced under floor heating throughout.

***The apartment has two large double bedrooms;
The master comes with an en suite wet room and a super king size bed. The second bedroom also has a super king size bed, but also giving the option of two singles. The family bathroom is fitted with a larger than average bath including a power shower. The extremely spacious open planned lounge and kitchen area is fully integrated and boasts high spec. modern appliances. The room includes a 42' LED TV, DVD & Bose sound system for use with an iPod, iphone Doc or PC. A games console is also included to keep the children amused. Free Wifi. The electric curtains open through bi-fold doors onto the Balcony/Sun terrace area with Barbecue, which overlooks both the ocean and St Ives Bay. An outdoor shower area is also included with a changing and hanging dry area for wet suits and surfboards, etc.*The cot is a travel cot.

Private gated car parking for one vehicle is positioned on the front of the property on a private driveway. Walk off of the decking area and within under a minute you will be on the 3 mile stretch of golden sands of Riviere Sands beach (St Ives Bay). The beach has life guards on duty, a safe bathing area and a coffee shop on the entrance to the beach. One mile away is the vibrant town of Hayle, with great shops, restaurants and excellent transport links to St Ives. There is a regular train which takes only 10mins to St Ives or take a short 15-minute trip in the car. The apartment is also a short walk from a local store selling fresh bread, croissants, tea, coffee, etc. or perhaps a bottle of wine to be enjoyed on the terrace while watching the sun disappear over the horizon. For the more outgoing, a minutes walk will take you to the Bluff pub which provides amazing views of the ocean at St Ives Bay and serves food daily including weekend roasts, drinks and a children's play area. If you are staying over the new year, the resort of St. Ives has a fantastic street/New years eve fancy dress party, which can be enjoyed by all, and should you want advice on booking restaurants etc before your stay we would be more than happy to help.

We had the best time here. The apartment was lovely and perfect for our family of 4. We had everything we needed. The location is great, right by the beach. Would definately recommend.

This is the most beautiful apartment. Stunning views and well equipped. We had a bit of a problem with our previous accommodation and the owner of this apartment went obove and beyond to help us out. The beach is a 4 min stroll which is miles of golden sand. Found by accident, but will most certainly be returning and highly recommending to friends and family. Thank you
