Leave ReviewExceptional Standard
By Graham H on 24-Nov-2022As always a smooth process to book and arrive, with an exceptionally high standard of accommodation. We are repeat visitors to Admiral's View and it never fails to hit the highest of standards. It's hard to know where to start: the ease of booking; the smooth process when you arrive; the quality of the accommodation and furnishings; the perfect setting and facilities. What stands out is the peaceful and quiet nature of Royal William Yard itself, we have never been disturbed other than by the occasionally vocal seagull! The upgrading of the furnishings which Rebecca has recently completed are very much in keeping with the property. In summary - home from home.
Would definitely stay again
By Sue K on 01-Feb-2023We were looking for something just a little bit special for our long weekend get away and we definitely found it here in this apartment. Beautiful decor and stunning views we loved everything about this apartment and harbor. A warm welcome and fantastic communication from the beginning making our stay so easy. This apartment has everything you could think of for a home from home stay, but giving you that hotel feel by Including things like hair dryer, mini shampoos and even slippers. We visited many of the restaurants in the harbor, the cratf market on Sunday, along with a visit to mount egldgecome. Would love to stay again in the future.
Fabulous Apartment
By Robert A on 18-Jul-2022A fabulous apartment overlooking the water. Beautifully appointed with a new leather sofa and chair, comfy beds, amazingly clean bathrooms, and kitchen. The whole apartment is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Truly home from home! You will take lots of photos of the view out of the square windows. Royal William Yard has some great restaurants which are just a short walk away. Great communication & care from Rebecca. Couldn't do enough for us. Two fans arrived to help with the heat (only really needed for those two exceptional hot days in July) but the apartment is cool & well ventilated. It's on the second floor up two flights of stairs and has no lift (it's a grade 1 listed building) - not an issue for us though. There are french doors opening onto a small balcony. We moved the leather reclining chair over and sat watching the boats in the morning & evening. Make sure you take the Cremyll Ferry over to Cornwall - it's a short walk away (turn right after leaving the yard & it's about 500yds). There is also a ferry from the restaurant area to the Barbican which is worthy of a trip. Highly recommend. Response from R
Amazing Stay
By Marcus M on 24-Aug-2022We had an amazing stay in Plymouth. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and we loved the decoration. You felt really safe in this area and could take beautiful walks on the beach. Our favourite spot was the one by the window, where you could read or just watch the ships go by. You have lots of room to cook or have an funny gaming night. Near by is beautiful nature but you can also visit the city for shopping. We can definitely recommend this apartment!!
Highly Recommended
By Claire S on 25-Oct-2022Rebecca's apartment is superb - if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Exactly as described, spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped. The icing on the cake is the view, I could sit all day watching the boats go by and listening to the water rippling, so relaxing, and occasionally exciting when a Royal Navy frigate passes by! Royal William Yard is a great place to stay, full of history, plenty of restaurants, and feels very safe. Regular ferries are close by for exploring the area so we hardly needed to get in the car (the free parking space is a bonus too). Communication with Rebecca was pleasant and easy, and her local agent Jo was very helpful too. Highly recommended.
Fantastic Holiday
By Matt P on 14-Mar-2023Our first trip back home from Australia since 2019 so a special visit to the city to reconnect with family. We chose this place and would only echo the very many positive feedback comments from others who have gone before. Thanks so much for letting us stay in this stunning apt we entertained family and friends to the standard most would expect at home and we were not disappointed. The assisted check in and run through of all the amenities in the apartment was a super nice touch and the peace that this location affords is priceless. 5 stars from us even in the winter a fantastic holiday.
