Description
The Sail Loft is a two double bedroom first floor stylish apartment centrally located in the heart of Plymouths vibrant and historic Barbican. Centrally located and a minute walk from the City Centre, University, The Box, The Bar Code, The Theatre Royal and the Waterfront which boasts panoramic sea views and an extensive variety of bars, restaurants and waterfront activity.The Brittany Ferry servicing crossings to Brittany in France and Santander in Spain is close by.
The entrance to the Sail Loft provides access to a feature staircase
(It has no lift and is therefore not suitable for disabled access or for those with restricted mobility).
This leads to the first floor into a spacious living room
The king-size bedroom is situated above here up a short flight of stairs, it is light and airy with glass balustrading and Velux windows with blackout blinds offering a loft style feeling.
The double bedroom is situated off the living room on the lower split level adjacent to the bathroom. Linen and towels provided.
The art deco style bathroom hosts a large walk-in power shower, basin and WC.
A fully fitted modern kitchen offers a washer dryer, dishwasher, under counter fridge and freezer, microwave, eye level oven and glass dining table with four chairs. Cleaning products are available.
There are multiple storage facilities and wardrobe space throughout the property.
For longer stays a weekly cleaning, bed linen and towel change service are available.
Check in from 3pm and check out by 10am.
The Sail Loft has no lift and is therefore not suitable for disabled access or for those with restricted mobility.
Whilst we welcome children we are mindful that the staircase could be difficult when visiting with small children, prams etc.
We usually meet all our guests in person on arrival
Plymouth Train station is a 12 minute walk away.
The A38 brings you virtually to our door.
We offer secure private garage parking by separate request.
We ask for a 50% deposit on booking which is non refundable and the balance payable the day before arrival.

The location of the apartment was perfect, close to city centre and touristic Barbican and Hoe, but yet on a quiet street. The apartment was in perfect condition, newly renovated, gorgeous, lightly and spaceous. It had all you need to feel comfortable and at home. We will definetely come back! Many thanks L&K for your hospitality!!

The kitchen is fantastic, fully stocked with all the tools you need for cooking and more. The location is absolutely perfect—right by the harbor and within a few minutes’ walk of all the food and shopping you could imagine. My husband and I loved our morning walks to grab coffee and soak in the lively yet peaceful atmosphere. We cannot say enough good things. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and incredible hospitality, this is it. We look forward to coming back one day. Highly recommend!

Both of them is very friendly and most importantly very helpful for us being the first time in Plymouth. The apartment is near to everywhere you want to go, giving us a lot of different vibes.
