Description
Tredenham is a high quality, well equipped family house 4 minutes' walk from the shops and the beach. There are stunning views over Polzeath Bay and Pentire Head to the front to the rear there over farmland to the distant downs in the south. There is a small south-facing garden which is secluded and safe for small children.
The holiday cottage, Sleeps up to 8 people - 2 double beds upstairs both with ensuite shower rooms and one with full width balcony, downstairs 2 twin-bedded rooms (one with wash-basin) and a family bathroom, including walk-in shower, bath, basin, and loo. There is also now an outside warm shower for after the beach or surfing.
The small secluded, south-facing garden at the back is not overlooked and has a wonderful view. Mostly lawn, it is a lovely place for a quiet read, to sit and enjoy the sun, or to enjoy a welcome drink. There are chairs and tables and a BBQ.
