It is by the sea approx five minute walk - swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, snorkelling.

Near to Polzeath surfing beach approx 10-15 minute drive and Rock approx 20 minute drive for access to Padstow on the Ferry or for Paul Ainsworth's Mariner's Restaurant. Nearest town is Wadebridge approx 25 minutes drive.
Ground Floor - Conservatory with decking and seating overlooking the bay. Lounge with large tv and mod cons. Open plan kitchen and dining room with a large dining table, cooker, AGA. Games room with toilet - snooker/pool, fusball, table tennis - with attached small sauna and a shower room. Access from the games room to the courtyard with benches and BBQ, up stairs to the garden area with decking and seating.
First floor - large ensuite zip and link sea view room, bathroom with bath and shower. Double sea view room with ensuite. Zip and link garden view room with ensuite.
Second floor - Large 'family room' with double sea view room linked by a corridor to a twin room with garden view, ensuite. Double sea view room with additional 'camp bed', ensuite. Double garden room with ensuite.
Plenty of space for communal or separate living, caters for all ages and allows two dogs per stay.
Parking for seven vehicles. A sea view terrace built into the cliff side - 'Chablis Terrace'.
Check in from 4pm unless arranged for earlier. Check out at 10am.
There is a lock box. Guests are sent the check in instructions via email before their stay. Guests must request earlier check ins due to the cleaning demands between guests.
£500 deposit to secure any booking. £500 damage waiver returned after the housekeeping team have confirmed there are no issues.

We all have a super time at this lovely home with its fabulous view across the bay to Tintagel. As a bonus, it's just a short walk to Port Isaac and an even shorter one to Port Gaverne, with its great pub and restaurant and ideal sheltered beach for swimming, paddle-boarding, rock scrambling, and -- when the tide is out -- beach games and sand-castle building!
Fabulous House
By Angela McCoy on 04-Nov-2025Fabulous house and breathtaking views of the bay from 5 bedrooms lounge kitchen and conservatory. The games room was brilliant and kept the youngsters happy. Also the sauna very welcome after swimming in the bay. All the bedrooms are en suite which made for a very easy time for everyone. Would definitely recommend this house to any family or other groups. The kitchen very well equipped - 2 dishwashers - particularly useful. Could find no faults and would certainly come back for another holiday.
