8 The Monterey is a modern, stylish holiday home with charming views over Porthleven harbour. Porthleven beach is just a short stroll away, as is the harbour itself with a unique array of shops, cafes, restaurants and public houses.Set over two floors with the ground floor being a spacious open plan layout. The contemporary, well equipped kitchen leads through to a stylish and comfortable lounge/dining area with ample seating and spacious living areas. The ground floor benefits from cosy underfloor heating and French doors off the lounge leading on to the terrace with outdoor dining furniture for the warmer months. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with plenty of storage and its own en suite shower room with WC and heated towel rail. An additional family bathroom with WC and heated towel rail, and the comfy twin bedroom.
Outside is the terrace to enjoy some al-fresco dining in the Summer months and off road parking for one vehicle.
The Monterey is a set of stylish apartments in an outstanding position on the harbour. Number 8 has the fantastic advantage of having it's own entrance from outside on the ground floor and being set over 2 floors.

By Lisa on 28-Dec-20258 The Monterey is a fabulous property in a great location. Right by the harbour, it’s only steps away from local pubs, restaurants and shops. The accommodation has everything you could need for a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you want to go to Porthleven.
