This modern eco-friendly property benefits from unspoilt panoramic sea views throughout.Spectacular panoramic views all the way from the Lizard to Mount's Bay, Mousehole and beyond await you from this luxury accommodation, built directly on the sea defences above Porthleven beach.
Song of the Sea sleeps six in three king-sized bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms with an additional family bathroom and fourth WC.
Enjoy the eco friendly benefits of a heat recovery ventilation system, providing filtered air to all rooms. Also benefitting from a ground source heat pump and solar panels.
There's plenty of space to relax with two living rooms, one large open plan lounge from the dining and kitchen areas and the other on the lower level containing a sofa bed which can accommodate two additional people (please call to arrange).
Take in the fresh Cornish sea air from two terraced balconies overlooking the beach, perfect for alfresco dining and that relaxing glass of wine!
