With spectacular sea views stretching out across Porthleven's sandy beach and beyond, The Old School House is a truly spectacular retreat.The house has been creatively designed to make your stay comfortable and memorable with thoughtful touches and beautiful lighting throughout.
Entering at ground level the hallway leads off to:
The contemporary, spacious open plan kitchen/diner, well equipped and with views from the dining area reaching out across the ocean.
The lounge with comfortable seating, cosy woodburner, smart tv and patio doors opening onto the terraced area where you can enjoy further sea views whilst dining al fresco and soak up the sun and glorious Cornish sea air.
Bedroom four having en-suite with bath tub and separate shower cubicle, the room is beautifully set out to make the most of the light, airy space.
Utility with fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer and handy sink and drainer.

Three further stunningly designed bedrooms, two with superking zip n link beds and one with en-suite shower room.
Separate shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
Games room with sofa bed, en-suite shower room, air hockey/pool/ table tennis. Playstation 5, smart tv and Bose speaker. Although this can be used as an additional bedroom for larger groups, please bear in mind there is no clothing storage and would be suited to older children/teens.
Outside you have a choice of terraced areas to take in the views and enjoy a glass of something cold or dining al fresco. The driveway provides parking for two to three cars and a Zappi EV charger is available for your use.
