Bayside is the perfect choice for a family holiday, offering plenty of space and sleeping 10 in 4 bedrooms. Ideal for a multi-generational family or two families with children.Enter through the side door to a spacious hall with downstairs wc off to the side.
Off the hall is the large open plan living space. There's a living area with a gas fire, 65" Freeview Smart TV, Blu-ray player and sliding door leading onto the patio. There's a dining area with a table seating 10. The kitchen has 2 electric ovens, a gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Also off the hall is a handy downstairs bedroom (Bedroom 2) ideal for anyone with mobility issues. It has a kingsize bed, 36" Freeview Smart TV and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, 48" Freeview Smart TV, patio doors leading to balcony and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: With 2ft 6 twin beds (can also be joined to make a kingsize) and 40" Freeview Smart TV.
Bedroom 4: With twin beds, bunk beds and 40" Freeview Smart TV.
Bathroom: With bath, walk-in shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Travel cots available on request.
To the rear is the patio area with garden furniture, parking for 2 or more cars, and direct access to the communal childrens' playground.

By Yvonne on 01-Aug-2024We had a perfect stay in this lovely house. A large family dining table and open plan living allowed us to share and enjoy all mealtimes. The bedrooms were of perfect size for all ages. Clean and tidy bathrooms. Every possible appliance or utensil in the kitchen was available. There was outdoor seating with table and chairs, buckets and spades for the beach. Basic supplies were available on arrival and communication about the booking was easy to follow and just lovely. The location of the property next to the park meant the children could play safely and we were on hand. Just a stones throw from the beach path too. We would highly recommend this property for a family get together.
