Description
Prospect Lodge is situated on The Meadows, an exclusive gated development of The Bay.Enter through the side door into the open plan living space with well-equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, dining space and lounge area with corner sofa (new in 2022) and arm chairs, smart TV and log burning stove. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms all with their own ensuite and TV – 2 doubles with ensuite wet rooms with walk-in rainfall shower, and one twin with ensuite bathroom (bath with shower over). The second double can also be made as 2 small singles if preferred.
Fully redecorated throughout at the end of 2022.
At the front is a large deck with dining table and chairs and rattan sofa set, making the most of the unrestricted meadow view. Off the rear double bedroom is a private deck with rattan sofa and coffee table. There is also an outside shower (ideal on returning from the beach).
Off road parking for 2 cars, and additional spaces nearby too.
This property has a path to the entrance door which makes it accessible for those with mobility issues. However, please note we do not have grab rails in the bathrooms (please see photos.)
Please be aware the Meadows road is currently awaiting resurfacing (early 2024) - there are a number of potholes at present.

Excellent weekend away

Perfect family break
By n/a on 04-Jan-2024We booked 2 lodges, Prospect & Seahorses both were perfect Paula communicated with us prior to arrival, once we arrived we couldn’t fault anything, absolutely spotless with everything provided you could possibly need We will definitely be returning for another fantastic break
Christmas stay with family
By n/a on 29-Dec-2023We stayed at Prospect Lodge over Christmas. The lodge is brilliant and has everything you need including great WiFi for the kids to use for there games etc. We would definitely stay at the Lodge again as The Bay is great for families and dogs. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and great for the kids and dogs to have a run around. Another plus was the log burner in the lodge which we used everyday. We will be back at The Bay in the future.
