Description
A typically French house with much larger than average pool (16 m) and lovely, interesting gardens, discreetly housing a separate fourth double ensuite bedroom with air conditioning. There is also a covered table tennis table and several seating areas. The pricing structure on the calendar, reflects the cost for the main house (sleeping 6). There is an additional charge if the garden bedroom is required.The entrance hall provides access to the lounge/dining room, downstairs toilet and the first of three double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Stairs lead to two bright upstairs bedrooms, which both benefit from recently installed air conditioning.
There is a modern and well-equipped kitchen, which leads out to a lovely jasmine covered seating area.
The house is ideally situated just 20 minutes walk from the local village of Valbonne, with its lively square, a wealth of shops and restaurants and a local weekly market. More restaurants and an exceptional bakery for fresh daily baguettes and croissants are less than 10 minutes walk from the house.
There is easy access by car to Nice airport (20kms), the beautiful old town of Antibes (15kms), Cannes (12kms) and Grasse (11kms). There are many excellent golf courses, cycling routes and tennis clubs nearby, with a municipal court within walking distance of the house.

A Beautiful Week in a Beautiful Villa…
By Carol Royle on 29-Aug-2025We wanted to spend a week in the south of France for a special occasion and came upon ‘Simply Owners’ and this wonderful villa. Firstly, Simply Owners is great as you cut out the middle men and speak directly to the owner of the villa you have chosen which is brilliant as you can converse and ask questions etc. The owner of our chosen villa was so lovely that you just knew that you had chosen the right villa for your needs and this was proven when we arrived; lush secluded gardens surrounded by high trees with hidden areas of tables and chairs, a hammock, various lovely areas to eat outside, games to play such as table tennis, and a swimming pool with lilos etc. Simply everything has been thought of that you could need. The villa itself is beautifully decorated, very much in the French style, and the choices of colours are tasteful and relaxing… the furniture is lovely and there are plenty of cushions and comfy seating…. also plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels etc. Quite simply, the villa is perfect, and the owner is too.

Such privacy with a wonderful pool was a welcome delight for us and it would be a privilege to stay again another time.

A fantastic stay in Valbonne
By Anna Ostle on 08-Aug-2025We had a lovely week in this wonderful house. The house has everything you need including lots of helpful touches in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The pool is wonderful and it was very hot the week we stayed so got lots of use. We ate out quite a lot so the recommendations were very useful. We tried the restaurant in the village square a couple of times (we walked there and Ubered back) and also the Italian down the hill and Fiston - which was a little fancier but really nice. The pizza bus was also great for take away All in all we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

A beautiful property in an excellent location.
By Stephen on 25-Jul-2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this attractive property. The local town of Valbonne was close and very beautiful with plenty of colourful restaurants and shops. Cannes and Antibes are within easy driving distance, and Monaco a very easy train journey along the picturesque coast. A lot of time was also spent in the lovely pool. We would certainly hope to return. The host was particularly helpful and knowledgable of the area and tips on activities.
