By Lindsay on 22-Aug-2025We felt right at home when we arrived. Both our boys, 2 and 7, loved the box of toys and space to play. The cottage was also easy to keep tidy and clean, helpful with two young kids. The decor is attractive and the kitchen is stocked with everything one needs to cook a family meal and with sharp knives!!! We enjoyed using the log burner on one of the cooler evenings, which created a lovely cosy atmosphere. The added touches like the milk straight from the farm and the lemon cake were very much appreciated. Astrid was helpful and responsive and we would definitely visit again. Thank you for a great stay Astrid and Mark!
Lovely accommodation
By Francesca on 13-Sep-2024Really lovely accommodation with fantastic amenities, the hosts have thought of everything and the most amazing touch was some toys for our children to get out and play with while we unpacked. We tried some of the places to eat recommendations which were wonderful. Lovely location and property was clean and had everything we needed, with lovely extra touches such as fresh milk and a lemon drizzle cake! Thank you so much for hosting us, it was the perfect place to spend a weekend family break.
