The location is peaceful with spectacular views of the countryside which can be enjoyed with a tipple from the comfort of the property's own balcony.

Upon arrival at Trevean there is ample parking space for 3 vehicles in the private driveway. The property itself is modern and spacious with a large balcony to the rear which offers wonderful views across Caradon Hill and Minions. Guests may also catch a glimpse of the local wildlife – buzzards, foxes, rabbits and also deer have been known to be spotted close by!

When entering the spacious porch there is plentiful space for coats, bags and boots - you may also spot the picture of the house prior to it's recent renovation!

Both bedrooms are spacious and modern with the first bedroom containing a double bed and a stylish en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom benefits from a zip and link bed allowing for king or twin configuration, subject to guest preference.

The property boasts a large family bathroom complete with spa bath and walk-in shower.

At the end of the hallway you will find a modern, well-equipped kitchen-diner which has large a sliding door leading to the balcony. Should you prefer an evening in, it is a great place to cook a delicious meal or enjoy a takeaway from the local pub.

Adjoining the kitchen, the living room is a welcoming space, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a hard day's exploration of the many local sights and attractions. The room itself is light and airy but equally cosy thanks to the traditional wood burning stove.

The property enjoys significant outside space including over half an acre of paddock which features a rustic seating area, perfect for marshmallows by the fire on a warm summers evening.
