Sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite a delightful cottage, in Rock, North Cornwall. Short breaks welcome outside high season dates. Situated within walking distance of sandy beaches, Camel Sailing & Waterski school, St Enedoc golf course and stunningcoastal walks.
Charming 100+ year old cottage, with parking for 2 cars, quirky yet spacious, a few minutes walk to range of local shops including deli, bakery, butchers, chandler, and gift/clothing boutiques.
Foot ferry to Padstow for access to Camel cycle trail and sea trips, Rick Stein dining, range of shops.
Coasteering available for the brave.
2 miles from Polzeath for surfing schools and safe family beach, rock pools, good places to eat. Port Isaac (Doc Martin ) fame nearby and Tintagel for a history lesson.
Secluded, sunny garden suitable for al fresco meals, safe for children and dogs. Internet BT Infinity and BT Sport for days indoors. Dogs by arrangement, additional charge.

Superb
By Karen M on 07-Jun-2022Lovely comfortable cottage with all the amenities you require. Great enclosed garden and superbly located to visit other areas. Short drive to Port Isaac and Rock with ferry over to Padstow which we did a few times. The Pityme Inn (a short walk) is great with lovely food and great staff. Tasting Rooms in Padstow also worth a visit. All in all a great last minute fund for us and we will definitely back for longer! Thank you x
New Year Break
By Andrew Toogood on 03-Jan-2022Hollyhocks is a typical Cornish Cottage with three bedrooms two on the first floor & one on the ground floor, family bathroom off the stairs & one bedroom with en-suite shower. Great lounge area & separate dining room with a Kitchen between with everything you need including a slimline dishwasher & fully size washing machine. I would point out that the kitchen has a step down from the Dining area & a small ramp up into the Lounge, may not suit anybody with mobility issues. A good back garden which is very secure so ideal for dog as mainly laid to lawn. Parking is for two cars, but if you had two SUV's or estate cars it is very tight & the road can be busy when trying to get out of the parking area. A short walk to local shops (but all have parking) including a Butcher, Fish monger, Spar, Bakery, Deli as well as a Fish & Chip Shop, all of which we can recommend. The Pityme Pub is excellent & only a 5 minute walk from the cottage, but eating out in Rock or Polzeath is not an issue as all had good food & excellent staff. Wendy the owner was most helpful with our booking & anything you think you could need was included in the cottage.
Fantastic stay

There was plenty of space for 6 of us and everything that we needed was provided. We would certainly recommend to others and stay again ourselves Thank you
