The Art Deco villa is situated 10 minutes walk from the award winning St Antonin Noble Val. Here you can find artisans selling their hand made local produce, cafes, restaurants, markets, museum and even a cinema. For the more sportive clients the village is renowned for canoeing, fishing, wild water swimming, trail runs, bike rides, rock climbing and more. Due to its location in the stunning gorges of the Aveyron you can always find some adventure to keep you busy or just sit and relax next to the pool and enjoy an ice cold drink with friends and family. For trips out I would recommend visiting one of the medieval villages like Penne or Bruniquel. Here you can walk to the castles, stop on the way for an ice cream and enjoy the views. Downstairs fully equipped kitchen with access to the dining terrace, dining room, lounge with fireplace, Italian shower and toilet, 1 double bedroom with access to the pool and a twin bedroom. Upstairs an astounding circular art deco ensuite double bedroom with incredible views of the Aveyron Gorge.
The 12m private salt water pool has a large sunny terrace and benefits from a solar shower, outdoor kitchen and toilet. Private parking with a garage. Bicycles are included in the rental should you wish to use them. Access opposite the house to our private riverside garden with access for canoes and fishing. In winter a wood-fired hot tub is available by prior arrangement.
I hour Toulouse airport. 15 minutes train station. Pick-up service available.
Check in Saturday after 17hr. Check out Saturday 10hr in high season; more flexible out of season.
