Description
The recently refurbished villa is situated in a quiet community. The ground level consists of a well equipped kitchen/utility room & leading off via a bright hallway is a large air conditioned double bedroom with an on suite dressing area, shower & toilet plus a private patio area is located via double patio doors.Accessed from the ground level via either external or internal stairs is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances such as double range cooker, microwave, air fryer, an American style fridge /
freezer, dishwasher plus coffee machine. To the right of the kitchen is a hallway leading to the dining room, which in turn leads into the living room (Sky TV) plus fibre optic internet connection & both rooms have separate sets of double doors opening onto a patio area, one covered, one not.
Along the hallway from the kitchen is a good sized double air conditioned bedroom with private balcony (sea views) plus access to a family bathroom.
A staircase from the hallway leads up to an air conditioned double bedroom with a balcony with fantastic sea views. There is another air conditioned bedroom with two single beds & both rooms have access to a separate bathroom & toilet.
Externally, on the ground level behind electric gates is parking area for four cars. On the next level is situated a heated infinity swimming pool with ample patio areas with sun loungers.
To the rear of the villa is a wisteria covered pergola with terraced patio plus dining table plus six chairs, gas bbq, rattan furniture seating four & lovely views of the official national trust wooded landscape.
Lastly, for the sports minded individuals, on the ground floor a gym with various weight lifting equipment, an exercise bike plus a table tennis table are located for clients use only.

Perfect Family Stay

Before we even arrived, Joe (the owner) was friendly, engaging, and was happy to answer any questions I had regarding our stay. From the moment we arrived, the villa felt so homely, with lots of personal touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Everything is so well catered for – the villa has everything you could possibly need, which made our stay effortless and relaxing. The views are absolutely stunning. I loved waking up early each morning to watch the sunrise, which was simply magical. The grounds of the villa are beautifully kept, with lots of little hidden corners to discover and enjoy. It felt like there was always a new spot to sit and soak up the surroundings. We travelled as a family – myself, my husband, our two boys (aged 4 and 5), and my parents. The villa was perfect for all of us. The children were happiest splashing in the pool, and while there’s plenty to see and do in and around St Aygulf, we often found ourselves more than happy just to relax at the villa. The location is excellent, though you will need a car. Shops, beaches, funfairs, water parks, and lovely bars and restaurants are all a short drive away. On clear runs we managed to get to Nice in around 40 minutes, St Tropez in 30, and St Maxime in about 25 – which made exploring the Riviera so easy. Villa Gardiette is clean, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease. We’ve made such special memories here as a family and will absolutely be returning.
