Lantic Star accommodates up to 5 people in a spacious 2-bedroom bungalow in a quiet close in St Merryn Park. All accommodation is on one level.
The accommodation comprises of:
Lounge
Open plan lounge/diner. The lounge has traditional furniture to seat up to 5, French Doors into the conservatory, 40" Smart TV, Digital radio and unlimited free Wi-Fi.
Dining area
Large dining table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people.
Kitchen
The modern fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need for your holiday including a Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Ironing board, iron and a clothes dryer are provided.
Garden Room
There is a gorgeous new garden room to relax in that opens out on to the decking with a gas BBQ and garden furniture. Perfect to unwind after a busy day exploring the beaches.
Bedroom 1
The main bedroom is overlooking the front of the property with a standard double bed, wall-mounted TV and DVD player, built-in wardrobe, and chest of draws.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is overlooking the garden with 2 single beds and a mezzanine bed above these, built-in wardrobe and storage.
Bathroom
New basin and vanity unit, WC, Bath with an electric shower above, towel radiator.
Outside
Patio area, decking, enclosed lawned garden, garden furniture, gas BBQ (Gas is provided)
There is a driveway with parking for 2/3 cars and parking available in the close.
We also provide: Egyptian Cotton bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishcloths, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, cleaning products, clothes dryer, rotary airer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and kitchen cupboard condiments.
NOTES
Two dogs are welcome (more on request), free of charge and they will enjoy the large, enclosed garden.
