Pure solitude & luxury

By Ms Dunne on 14-Oct-2022

A surprise holiday for my partner’s 60th. A warm, cosy and beautiful cottage offering pure solitude & luxury. Set in a lovely wooded area with surrounding fields and easy walk up to the moors and tors. We were frequently accompanied by Tess the owners dog who we were sad to say bye bye too. Our dog made a friend there too! Owners lovely & friendly and left us in peace to enjoy the peace. Family came to stay in the other two cottages which were equally outstanding. I’m sure we will all be back.

Great experience

By Mrs Cunha on 30-Sep-2022

Great scenery, quiet and relaxing. Me and my husband had a much needed break from our routine, the owners live close by but respected our privacy. I Loved the owners dog"Tessa", so sweet and playful. The welcome pack was much appreciated, Overall a great experience that we are looking forward to repeat very soon.

Highly recommended

It’s a lovely property in a wonderful spot and an excellent base from which to discover Dartmoor. The owner is welcoming and there if needed. We didn’t need the owner as the property is well equipped and information supplied answered any questions we might have had. Highly recommended and we will very likely return.
